Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

We disclose vulnerability information in accordance with this policy to protect our customers from cyber security threats.

Investigation and Countermeasure

We will immediately investigate scope of the vulnerability after receiving the vulnerability information on our products and will begin preparing to release countermeasure information on the vulnerability at the same time.
The investigated results and countermeasures information will be disclosed in accordance with the guideline issued by JPCERT/CC which is Japan Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center.

Vulnerability Information Handling

We will report the vulnerability information on our products to JPCERT/CC and CERT of each country as necessary.
We do not disclose vulnerability information to anyone other than the reporter, JPCERT/CC, the CERT of each country, our product development department and our security department prior to the disclosed date coordinated in accordance with the guideline.
