Question

Can the state of the output data “0” of TRD-NA be known from the position of the shaft?

Answer

Although there may be some errors, the product is manufactured so that the output data will be “0” when the D-cut surface (flattened surface) of the shaft is facing the direction in which the cable is pulled out.

If you want to match the machine position and the data “0” position, please use the separately sold servo mount bracket (NF-55).

By installing it using this, you can easily adjust the machine origin and output data by turning the encoder case after tightening the shaft.
