Open collector output cable length

It is necessary to extend the TRD-***A cable by approximately 20m.
Is it possible?

Under normal usage conditions, it can be extended to about 10m.
The effects of noise vary depending on the location of the surrounding electronic devices, including the type, arrangement, and wiring condition.
The effect of electrical noise is mainly erroneous counting on the counter side.
The longer the cable, the greater the influence of noise and the disturbance of the output waveform.
Depending on the installation environment, it cannot be said that operation will be affected at a distance of more than a certain number of meters.
To prevent erroneous counting, please keep the cable as short as possible, separate the wiring from the power line, and keep it away from power equipment.
Also, please consider using totem pole output/line driver output, which is less susceptible to electrical noise than open collector output.
