The product in use has failed.
I would like to request repairs.
Answer
Our products can be repaired if they are less than 8 years old from the date of manufacture.
Additionally, even if the product is less than 8 years old, it may not be repairable depending on the state of the failure.

The repair period for panel computers: NX-G11 Series is scheduled to end in February 2023.
(*Depending on the status of repair parts, repair acceptance may end earlier than the above deadline.)
Repairs are accepted through the product purchase route.
