FC series setting data migration

I would like to replace the programmable cam.
Is it possible to transfer the settings?

– FC(2)-80-C-1 and FC(2)-81F-C-1 cannot be used.
– FC(2)-160-1, FC(2)-320-1, FC(2)-161F-1 and FC(2)-321F-1 are available if the models are same.
..Connect with a cable (Z-20JP2) between both devices and operate the copy source FC.
* FC(2)-160-1 to FC(2)-160-1 is available.
* FC(2)-320-1 to FC(2)-320-1 is available.
* FC(2)-161F-1 to FC(2)-161F-1 is available.
* FC(2)-321F-1 to FC(2)-321F-1 is available.

– With JX-CAM, this is possible if the models are the same.
– FC(2)-161F-C-(1) programs can be migrated to JX-CAM-161F-C-1.
– FC(2)-321F-C-(1) programs can be migrated to JX-CAM-321F-C-1.
