SA / SR series do not run
Question
After turning on the power of the SA / SR-20 series, only the power LED lights up and it no longer runs.
The handheld programmer is not installed and cannot be operated.
What should I do?
Answer
If the symptom does not change even if the power is turned on again, the operation cannot be performed unless the handheld programmer (A-21P, R-21P) is attached.
Ask the equipment manufacturer, maintenance department, etc. to prepare a handheld programmer.
