Question

I purchased a cable to connect JX-Series to my computer’s USB, but it won’t connect.
Nothing is displayed in Device Manager.
The programming software will display an error for PTC-020.
What kind of cable should I buy?

Answer

Please use Micro USB Type-B USB cable.
However, there are two types of commercially available cables: one for charging and one for data transfer.
Be sure to select “For data transfer”.
Please note that “for charging” cannot be used.
