How Can We Help?
Input Forced Operation
Question
For debugging purposes, is it possible to force operation from the programming software without turning the actual input of the JX-Series on/off?
Answer
This is easy to do by using the “Override View” function in the JX Programming Software menu.
By running the Override view, you can forcibly rewrite values regardless of the state of the ladder program.
Work Procedure
1.From the JX Programming Software menu, select [Monitor] → [Override View].
2.Enter the functional memory you want to forcibly operate in “Address”.
3.Click [OVR] for the address you want to override and set it to ON.
4.Select the write state. (On or Off)
5.Double-click the write icon.
Writing will be executed.
OVR ON: Override view settings will take priority over results after writing.
OVR OFF: Ladder programs and communication results will take priority over results after writing.
6.When you have finished, click [OVR] to turn it OFF.
