Output pulse number and motor rotation speed (E-gear Ratio)
Question
I would like to use a servo system in position control mode.
(0x00 PT: Position control mode, or 0x01 PR: Position control mode, etc.)
How many pulses must be output for the motor to rotate once?
Answer
It changes depending on the “E-gear Ratio”.
In the factory settings, the motor shaft rotates once with 100,000 pulses.
If you want the motor to rotate once with 5,000 pulses, set the denominator of the “E-gear Ratio” to 5,000.
* Do not change the numerator value(P1.044), adjust the denominator value(P1.045).
Example
When a servo motor is attached to a ball screw that moves 5 mm per rotation.
If the denominator of the “E-gear Ratio” is 50000, it will move 5mm with 50,000 pulses.
Therefore, if you want to move the ball screw 1mm, it will take 10,000 pulses.
