We will report our situation about influence of Novel Coronavirus below.

1. About our 3 Chinese subsidiaries/ logistics situation in China
Despite a decrease in products demand due to the effects of novel coronavirus, logistics (including container reservations) has been normalized and production activities are not affected at all.
For preventing novel coronavirus, we continue below measures.
・Instructing employees to make 2 times of temperature measurement before coming to work and during work
・Prohibiting employees (including conhabitant) with having fever over 37.3 degrees from coming to work or working
・Instructing employees to wear mask and do hand washing (dissemination by presentation of slogan)
・Instructing employees to make alcohol disinfection 2 times a day
・Preventing close contact by taking below measures
①Leaving an interval of 1 meter or more at lunch
②Stopping non-urgent meeting
③Stopping unnecessary and non-ugent going out (don’t use public transport  as much as possible) (advance declaration required for going out)
・Employees who come back from outside of Wuxi will be isolated for 2 weeks

About logistics, customs including import and export, and container reservation, there is no problem currently.

2. About preventive measures implemented in our 3 Chinese subsidiaries, Head office, Japanese plant, and sales office
There is no effect of novel coronavirus currently. For preventing novel coronavirus, we continue below measures.
・Having Started telework in some department
・Instructing employees to make temperature measurement before coming to work and alcohol disinfection before entering
・Encouraging employees to do hand washing, gargling, alcohol disinfection and have good coughing etiquette
・Prohibiting employees with having fever over 37.5 degrees from coming to work
・Restricting action range of business traveler between each offices
・Encouraging visitors to make alcohol disinfection.
